Project 1: Policy Generation System

Insurance companies receive requests for a policy from the user through web requests. To handle this, the existing process has a lot of manual intervention which will take more time and it’s not an error-free process. RPA has a solution to automate this process by creating a Bot to generate the policy based on user requests.

The bot will generate a policy for the user by using the policy generation application. The process involves get the request from the user for the policy, fill all required fields in the application, select the appropriate policy from the system based on user request and finally roll out the policy information to the user through email.

Requirements:-

1. Bot should look for the user request
2. Verify the user is valid user to issue a policy or should not.
3. Need user information (Name, Address, Age, and Occupation) to be fill in the system.
4. Finally, send the policy letter to the user through email in PDF format.

Project 2: Insurance Claims Processing

Insurance companies processing a lot of claims on a daily basis triggered by the customer. The legacy process involves BPO teams to process claims manually, which is a time-consuming process and manual error may occur.

To overcome this a Bot developed using RPA solution to process claims without manual intervention. Bot will get request for claims through various forms like a excel sheet, through an email. To automate these kind of processes by using RPA solution instead of data entry in the application where claims can be processed.

Requirements: –

1. Claims initiate request can come through a excel sheet or through an email.
2. Bot should read an excel file or look for the mail box.
3. After processing claim, bot should update the dame in the claims system.
4. Bot should notify the user with all relevant information that the claims has been processed.
